Before you create a customer account, please note the following: Our offers are directed only to entrepreneurs. We do not close any contracts with consumers.
To create a new customer account at Börsig online shop, please click on "Login" in the upper right corner or on this pictogram: .In the next step you will be forwarded to the registration page. Please click on "Create account". Please fill in the fields under "Personal data" and "Login data". Finally, please click on "Submit".

You can view and manage your orders in your customer account at any time. To do so, please log in at the top right under "Login". Please click on this pictogram and select "My account". On your account page your last orders are automatically displayed. If you would like to view other orders, please click on "My orders" on the left side. You can view the respective orders in detail by clicking on "View details". In this view you can edit your order by clicking on the button "Edit".
You also have the possibility to download the order or to order again.
At the moment Börsig only accepts payment by invoice.
No, at Börsig there is no minimum order value and no minimum order quantity.
You can use the search field to display the desired articles directly. To do so, enter the name or the article number, if you know them. Alternatively, you can also search for keywords such as "cable harness" or "round connector".
Log in with your personal customer account or if you do not have a customer account yet, register.
Select your desired articles (in the desired variant): either by using the search bar or by choosing "Products > Product overview". Please check the availability and delivery time of the articles before you put them into the shopping cart.
As soon as you have everything in your shopping cart, please click on "Order".
When you search for an article, a list of hits appears. In this list you will find the current stock level for each product (under its name). If Börsig has stock of an article, this text appears in green, if not, in red.
Yes, you can also place orders by telephone. To find the right contact person, go to "Service > Your contact in sales". As soon as you have a sales representative responsible for you, please click on "Back office contact". On this page, the direct telephone number of the employee responsible for you will be displayed. Our colleagues are available for you from Monday to Friday 8-17 hrs.

After the login you will see at the top right of the browser window, next to "Service" the user icon. Please click the icon to open the menu. Choose "my account".
On the page that now opens, you will see the contact details of your responsible Börsig sales representative, a list of your last orders and below "Account management". Under your name and e-mail address it says "Change password". Click "change password" to open the window where you need to enter first the current password and in the two following fields, the new password. At last click on "Save".
